DRIVER’S SAFETY COURSE AND DEFERRED DISPOSITION

DRIVING SAFETY COURSE AND DEFERRED DISPOSTION are both available, in most cases, to keep a violation from appearing on your driving record.  You MUST request Deferred Disposition through the prosecutor and judge in open court.  The clerk will give you a court date if you choose to request deferred disposition.  Both of these options must be made on or before the initial appearance date listed on your citation.
