The City Secretary’s Office
The City
Secretary’s office is responsible for the
preparation of meeting agendas and minutes for
the City Council, Planning and Zoning
Commission, and Board of Adjustment.
Additional responsibilities include Records
Management Officer, Public Information
Officer, administering City elections, and
issuing Alcoholic Beverage licenses. Copies of
agendas, minutes, and other official city
records may be requested.
All City
meetings are open and the public is welcome to
attend. Agendas are posted outside the City
Hall 72 hours in advance of each meeting.
Meeting agendas and minutes are also posted to
the web site for the convenience of interested
citizens.
