Jones Road Extension Project Update

The official "Notice To Proceed Letter" was issued on July 19th, 2010 authorizing
Pace Services, L.P. to begin construction concerning Jones Road Street, Drainage,
Water, and Sanitary Sewer improvements project. The project area is from U.S. 290
to F.M. 529 and is a 365 day contract. To date, the contractor has completed all
of the initial surveying and has also begun clearing and grubbing concerning the
identification of street right-of-way.
